Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • ½ lb of chopped Ogo
  • ½ chopped skinned cucumber
  • 3 tablespoon of green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1-2 carrots, shredded

Dressing:

  • 1 garlic glove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of finely minced ginger
  • 3 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oi

    Directions

    Dressing

    1. Mix all ingredients together, minichop or blend if possible.

    Salad

    1. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Let is chill and add dressing when needed.
