- ½ lb of chopped Ogo
- ½ chopped skinned cucumber
- 3 tablespoon of green onions (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
- 1-2 carrots, shredded
- 1 garlic glove, minced
- 1 teaspoon of finely minced ginger
- 3 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oi
- Mix all ingredients together, minichop or blend if possible.
- Combine ingredients in a bowl. Let is chill and add dressing when needed.
