If you’ve never cooked shark before, no worries! Just make sure the shark is fully cooked to ensure the best texture and taste.

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound shark
  • Tacos or tortillas to serve


1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate the shark 1 hour
2. Over medium-high heat, grill the shark about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through, and serve immediately.
